During an interactive workshop, you will get an idea of the strategic and operational impact of transforming your company into a customer centered organization. The guided Barco One Campus tour will give you insights on the approach that led to the concept of this building. In the keynote presentation, Guy Van Wijmeersch will share the reasons why Barco believes so strongly in Service Design and Design Thinking.

Om te kunnen deelnemen aan ons coachingprogramma, meld je je eerst en vooral aan bij één van de projectmedewerkers. Ben je in West-Vlaanderen gevestigd? Neem dan gerust contact op met Els Delaere of Christel Geltmeyer van VOKA Oost-Vlaanderen.

Bedrijven die aan de selectiecriteria (de-minimis, Interregcriteria…) voldoen, krijgen tijdens de 1,5 u durende Intakesessie een aantal kritische vragen van ons expertenteam voorgelegd. Aan het eind van deze sessie, krijg je 2 x 12u coaching toegewezen op basis van de noden van je bedrijf (juridisch, financieel, marketing…). Voor dit programma zoeken we bedrijven die al op de rails zitten, die de opportuniteiten voor een (internationale) groei of een heroriëntatie aan het aftasten zijn. Samen met jou brengen wij de risico’s in kaart, kijken we kritisch naar de markt en naar jouw product, wegen we voor-en nadelen tegen elkaar af en begeleiden we je naar een business plan waar je echt iets aan hebt en dat niet alleen in het dossier van je boekhouder blijft zitten!
